What is this even about?

This is a tiny prototype of a hilarious game built around poking fun at classic game-design conventions and the problems that naturally arise from them—while also re-imagining those ideas in a delightfully absurd DnD setting.

Your story begins alongside a band of brave enthusiasts of thrilling quests and adventures, whose behavior and reactions are genuinely entertaining to watch. You’re given the classic task—rescue the princess from the clutches of a cruel dragon and restore the justice the world so desperately craves. But is everything really that simple? You’ll have to dive in head-first to find out!

Who and why?

We are a group of aspiring game designers who are only just beginning to discover all the joys of game jams. While our projects may not always be technically flawless, our ideas already showcase our creativity and our drive to keep growing as creators. We are students who want to build projects that can captivate and excite, and we will keep doing our best to one day make that vision a reality.

The prototype was developed during the three-day Patch Notes game jam, which took place from September 12 to September 15, 2025.
